To request a refund for a book or a refund for a course access fee, go to your Perusall account home page, and click "my purchases". From there, click the refund button next to the title. If the request was successful, it will be approved and you will receive funds into your bank account within 7-10 business days. If the request was blocked, a red icon will appear explaining why we couldn’t refund your purchase.
We are obligated to follow the publisher’s rules for when ebooks may be returned, and different publishers have different rules (some publishers never allow an ebook to be returned). Please do not purchase an ebook through Perusall until you are sure you will be using it. In no case can a refund be made beyond 14 days of purchase.
If you purchased a Perusall book access code or a Perusall course access code from your school bookstore, you will need to request the refund from the bookstore.
