To request a refund for a ebook or platform access fee, go to your account icon in the top right corner of your screen, and click My Purchases. Then, click the Request refund. If your request is approved, you’ll receive the funds in your bank account within 7-10 business days. If the request is declined, a red icon will appear with an explanation of why we couldn’t process the refund.
If you purchased a Perusall ebook access code or a Perusall course access code from your school bookstore, you will need to request the refund from the bookstore.
We are obligated to follow the publisher’s rules for when ebooks may be returned, and different publishers have different rules (some publishers never allow an ebook to be returned). Please do not purchase an ebook through Perusall until you are sure you will be using it. In no case can a refund be made beyond 14 days of purchase.
