Some ad blockers and antivirus software interfere with the operation of Perusall. If you are seeing a blank page when trying to log in to Perusall:

  • If you use BitDefender, see their support center article Bitdefender is blocking a safe website or online application.
  • If you use an ad blocker, disable the ad blocker on the Perusall site. (Perusall does not contain any ads, but ad blockers may prevent proper functioning of some components of Perusall.)
