After Perusall has been installed by your admin, you can follow these steps to set up your Moodle-linked Perusall course.
- In your Moodle course, enter edit mode, select Add an activity or resource > Perusall 1.3 > Select content, and under the words "Home Page," click Link to home page.
- Enter "Perusall" (or anything else) for the activity name, and click Save and display.
- Click on the link to create your Perusall course.
If you do not see Perusall 1.3 in the Activity Chooser, select External tool. On the next page, enter "Perusall" (or anything else) for the activity name and select Perusall from the Preconfigured tool dropdown. Click Save and display, and launch Perusall to create your Moodle-linked Perusall course.
By default, when you create an assignment in Perusall, we will automatically make a corresponding grade item for each Perusall assignment in your Moodle course gradebook that will sync based on your Perusall course settings, so you will not need to make more Perusall links in your Moodle course.
