If you normally access Perusall through your institution's Learning Management System (e.g., Blackboard, Canvas, Desire2Learn, Moodle), you can also add a password to your Perusall account so you can continue to access your Perusall course even after the course has ended. This way, you can retain access to course materials, including textbooks you have purchased (as long as any rental period has not expired).
To add a password to your account:
- Determine which email address is associated with your Perusall account by clicking your name in the upper right corner of the page and clicking Edit Profile.
- Log out of Perusall.
- Go to https://perusall.com, and click Login.
- Click Forgot Password, and enter the email address associated with your Perusall account.
- You will get a link by email that you can use to set a password to use for logging into Perusall.
Going forward, you will be able to log in directly at perusall.com using the email address above and the password you created in step 5.
(As long as your course is in progress, continue accessing your Perusall account through your Learning Management System, as that is necessary to enable your Perusall scores to sync back properly to your LMS.)
