When you purchase access codes from Perusall, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
- Pricing: Your invoice may indicate that a certain type of code must be sold at a certain price to the student. If the invoice so indicates, you must sell the code to the student at the indicated price. Otherwise, you are free to set the price you use to sell codes to students.
- Invoice terms: Invoices are due in full within 30 days. A late fee of 1.5% per month is due for unpaid invoices.
- Returns: Perusall access codes are returnable for credit within 90 days of purchase. Returned codes must be emailed to support@perusall.com (credit cannot be provided for codes you return by physical mail). Returns are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Codes that have already been redeemed by students are not eligible to be returned.
- Resale certificate: You affirm that all access codes are being purchased for resale only. You must provide Perusall with a resale or tax-exempt certificate at the time of purchase.
