You can return unsold codes to Perusall for credit within 90 days of the date of purchase, based on the date shown on your invoice.
- Email firstname.lastname@example.org with the list of codes you would like to return. Do not send codes by physical mail.
- Codes that have already been redeemed by the student are generally ineligible for return. (If a student returns a code to your store and it has been less than 14 days since the student redeemed the code within Perusall, we may still be able to process a return, when in accordance with the publisher's refund policy. Contact us for details in this case.)
- Do not process a chargeback until you have sent the codes back to Perusall and Perusall verifies that each code has been successfully deactivated.
- Upon successful return of the codes, Perusall will issue a credit memo to you.
